*  Beautiful rich, warm solid brown coloring
*  Made from crushed pecan shells mixed with resin and hand lacquered by an artisan
*  Looks as if was carved from wood
*  Excellent condition  - No issues - No chips, cracks, broken, missing or repaired parts
*  Protective felt pads on the bottom of the feet

but when the carrier takes possession, I can not guarantee the safety of that order.  I do not offer refunds and/or free shipping returns.  In the unlikely
event that an item is damaged/broken during shipment, the buyer will need to file the insurance claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS.  This is now a USPS
requirement and this information is found on USPS’ website on the “File A Claim” page.  As “proof of damage”, the USPS (nearest you) wants to physically see the broken item and the original
shipping container with the shipping label attached.  If, in a special case, the buyer does accept a return, a restocking fee of 20% will be imposed.
