New without hang tags or inside tag.  This is a Wolff Fording photo sample only worn to take a picture for the catalog.  Size is Petite Adult.   Black slinky fabric with Pink/Purple glittered panels. Pink/ Purple Glittered bodice with halter styling that fastens behind the neck. One of the pictures shows that I've put a piece of cardboard inside so you can see the style of the back.
