This item is brand new with tags from a sales rep sample stock.This is a glitter mesh boat neck   tunic with a low V back.  The long sleeves have thumb holes.  There are two colors available in small adult.  Turquoise and black or silver and black.
The measurement from under arm to under arm unstretched is 16", and the shortest length is 20".
