This item is brand new with tags from a sales rep sample stock. It is a sequin tank dress in plum. You can wear as a dress, or long tunic with shorts or jazz pants.
The size is a small adult.The measurement from under arm to under arm unstretched is 17", and the length is 26".  Material is polyester spandex.
