Orig 8x10 promo photo #2 of R&B & pop singer BROOK BENTON, early 1960s

Description

On offer is an original 8x10-inch b&w promotional photo of pop & R&B hitmaker Brook Benton (1931-1988), possibly from his big years on Mercury Records in the early 1960s. The undated photo was distributed by composer/music publisher Dave Dreyer, who managed Benton until 1963.
Print condition is fine. There are surface cracks in the upper left and upper right, and those corners are worn/bumped. A crease runs along the left edge. There is one small (1/4 inch) closed tear on both the right and left sides. The name of the previous owner is stamped on the back. The names Brook Benton and Dave Dreyer are written in pencil on the back. The Troy Street Images watermark does not appear on the actual photo
