Zanfeld's Silver Cocker Spaniel Dog Figurine with layer of .999 Pure Silver

Zanfeld "St. Bernard" Dog Electroform Figurine (AN-18) with Sheet of .999 Pure Silver. Condition is "New". It is 7 3/8" long x 3.5/8" wide x 3.3/8" in height and weighs 1 pound.  The electro forming process consists of a detailed polyester resin figurine handprinted with special copper paint followed by a second layer with a pistol.  Then it is introduced to a "bath" of a sheet of copper and second sheet of pure silver.  After cleaning, the piece is covered with oxide turning it black before polishing to a bright finish.  When it is completed there is about 35 microns of thick of pure silver.  The model ranges from an average of 15-20% of the weight in silver.  Finally the figure gets a special acrylic lacquer to preserve and prevent tarnishing.
